Some people believe as long as they follow their organization’s “process,” then quality content will inevitably follow.
Others (myself included) will focus on creating quality content in the moment, process be damned.
I will begrudgingly concede, to some degree, that most functioning organizations need both types of folks.
Maybe the most important move when hiring new teammates is finding “process” and “content” people who can stand one another and work together.
